How to Join

Prospective members are always welcome. While COVID-19 restrictions are in place, all our meetings are now held online using ZOOM. You can attend a meeting for free either by contacting a current member or sending a request directly to our Webmaster. You will receive an email with instructions on joining the ZOOM meeting.

If you like what we have to offer, we  ask that you pay online via PayPal. Please Register Now!

Please note that all returning members are asked to pay their annual dues online via PayPal using the same link above.

If you cannot pay your dues via PayPal, please email our Treasurer to arrange an alternate payment method.

Membership Fees

CPOPC offers multiple membership levels. Full membership runs from September through August and should be paid on or before the second regular club meeting (October meeting).  Memberships are annual and must be renewed before November each year. All membership levels will receive a monthly newsletter filled with upcoming club information.

Full Membership – Individual – $50 (new members joining from Feb 1 – June 30 have the price reduced to $25)
Our full membership entitles you to attend all regular monthly meetings, member events, outings and workshops. In addition, you have access to all online member area features including monthly challenges, competitions, photo critiques, file downloads and member directory.

Full Membership – Family – $75 (new members joining from Feb 1 – June 30 have the price reduced to $35)
Our full family membership entitles you and members of your immediate household to attend all regular monthly meetings, member events, outings and workshops. In addition, you have access to all online member area features including monthly challenges, competitions, photo critiques, file downloads and member directory. Note: If you purchase this option online, you will need to email our Treasurer with the names and email addresses of any additional family members that require online access.

Overdue Membership fees – full payment is due before November. After that date the account will be reviewed. If payment arrangements have not been made the member’s account will be suspended resulting in the loss of all membership benefits.
