Featured Photographer: Robert Polidori
Robert Polidori is a Canadian photographer known for his photos of human habitats and environments. He was born in Montreal but grew up in the USA in New York. He is currently a staff photographer at the New Yorker and divides his time between New York and Paris.

Robert Polidori started his career in 1985 when he won permission to photograph the restoration of Versailles.
Polidori’s first love was avant-garde film. Early in his career he worked as an assistant to Jonas Mekas at the Anthology Film Archives in New York and that experience shaped his approach to photography.
